Basic hugo setup

Hugo is a modern static site generator developed in Go that creates high-performance, static websites from simple text files—usually in Markdown format. Instead of dynamically loading content from a database, Hugo generates all pages during the build process, resulting in fast loading times, high security, and straightforward hosting. Thanks to its clear project structure, flexible themes, and active community, Hugo is suitable for both personal blogs and more extensive web projects. This guide walks you through installation, basic configuration, and the first steps to creating a finished website.
